Kia has devoted his career to fighting for families across this country and to making sure that each and every American - no matter where they are from, who they love, or what religion they practice - is treated with the respect and dignity that they deserve. Kia made the decision to run for Congress the night President Donald Trump unveiled his first discriminatory travel ban, which would have denied his own parents entry to the United States.
